Tea House Holland provides premium loose-leaf tea products, subscription services, educational workshops, and related consultation services. User Accounts

Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases where pricing errors occur or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Subscriptions
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Annual memberships may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first six months. After six months, annual memberships are non-refundable.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Norway. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold specified at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Perishable or custom items may not be eligible for return.
